Her professional journey began in Europe, where exposure to international lifestyles and cultures first sparked her appreciation for the environments we inhabit, and the way we choose to live within them.
However, it was a profound personal loss, losing both parents to cancer within a single week when she was 24, that truly shaped her perspective. That experience became the catalyst for over a decade long chapter in oncology sales, where she learned that human connection is the most valuable currency we have.
While her calling was rooted in healthcare, her heart remained in a parallel world of real estate and entrepreneurship. Having held her first real estate license from 2005-2013, Kelly returned to her "happy place in real estate" in 2024 with the launch of SeaWeeds Home and is now a North Carolina Realtor with the Kenyon Realty Group at Intracoastal Realty.
