Born and raised in Whiteville, North Carolina, Austin Kenyon moved to Wilmington during middle school and quickly developed a passion for competition and excellence through athletics. His drive and leadership on the baseball field earned him a spot at Presbyterian College, where he competed at the Division I level in the Big South Conference. That same discipline and commitment to performance now define his career in real estate.
As the team leader of Kenyon Realty Group at Intracoastal Realty, Austin has achieved over $30 million in closed and pending sales within his first two years in the business, a reflection of his relentless work ethic, market expertise, and dedication to client success. He specializes in luxury coastal and waterfront properties throughout Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, and Figure Eight Island. Additionally, Austin actively works with national homebuilders to acquire large tracts for residential communities and currently has more than 300 lots under contract across two separate developments.
His client-focused approach centers on clear communication, strategic marketing, and an unwavering commitment to results.
